Pam Clevenger, Administrator
I've worked at Meadows Manor East for over 20 years. I started working in long term care so that I could make a difference in the lives of my residents. However, the opposite has happened. My residents and families have changed me. I still LOVE coming to work everyday. I enjoy spending time with my co-workers who have become my extended family. Working for a small company has given me the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. Thank you all!
Nedra Bridgewaters, Director of Nursing
I’m Nedra Bridgewaters, and I’m the Director of Nursing at Meadows Manor East. I was born and raised in Brazil, Indiana, and I still reside there with my daughter Taylor, and my son Braden. I was brought up by a strong nurse, and I swore I’d never go into nursing...
However, I got my nursing degree in December of 2010, and my heart belongs to long-term care. I had very special relationships with all of my grandparents - who are no longer with us, and the geriatric population is very close to my heart. I love working at Meadows East because we are all like a family here. We support each other holistically, while continuing to work above and beyond to provide excellent care to the residents that we love.

Kristi Glistrap, Admissions & Social Service Director
I'm Kristi Glistrap, and I'm the Director of Social Services and Admissions and Meadows Manor East. I was born and raised in Greene County, IN; however, my family just recently moved to Brazil, IN. I am married and together we have 4 children.
I have been in long term care now for 8 years and have been in Social Services for 5. I am very compassionate about my work and love working with our aging population. Although I just started my journey here, I have already seen how the staff works together and makes the facility a very homelike environment.
Laci Johnson, Activity Director
I love and enjoy my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. This facility truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other. I love my residents and enjoy coming to work to make a difference in their lives.
June Gordon, Registered Dietitian
I have served as Dietary Consultant to this organization since February 1, 1977. In the years since, I have seen many changes in State and Federal regulations affecting the nursing home industry. At no time, however, have I ever felt pressure to compromise the nutritional needs of our residents for the sake of securing the "bottom line". A "bare bones" nutrition services mentality seen at some other sites I have provided services to over the years has never existed at Meadows Manor East in my tenure. As a result of this and many other factors, not the least is integrity, I am proud to express my affiliation with this company for the past 40 years.
Sherrie Rogers, Dietary Supervisor
As Dietary Supervisor of Meadows Manor East it is really a treat to have staff that proves to be a hard working team. A team that works together to prepare and serve the best quality and best tasting home cooked meals ~ Foods that the residents like and enjoy. Watching the residents enjoying their meals and complementing our cooks on the food is what meal service is all about.
Kathie Norton, Housekeeping Supervisor
I've been with Meadows Manor East for 12 years. I enjoy working with the residents and my co-workers. It is a great place to work .
